Refund Policy

At WP Virtual, customer satisfaction is our priority. We believe in delivering high-quality WordPress services with full transparency and fairness. Our refund policy is designed to be clear, reasonable, and fair to both parties.

Please read the service-specific policies below carefully before placing an order or reach out to us for clarification.

1. WordPress Speed Optimization Services

Eligibility for Refund:

A full refund is available if we are unable to deliver a noticeable speed improvement (minimum 20% improvement based on Google PageSpeed Insights or GTMetrix scores) within the promised scope.

Partial Refunds:

If partial improvements are made but do not meet the agreed benchmarks, a partial refund may be offered after a mutual review.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • If your hosting/server, or theme limitations prevent full optimization and you choose not to upgrade.
  • If third-party scripts (e.g., external ads, heavy tracking codes) are causing bottlenecks beyond our control.

2. WordPress Maintenance Services

Eligibility for Refund:

Maintenance plans (monthly/annual) are refundable within 7 days of the first payment if no service work (updates, backups, fixes) has started.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your maintenance subscription at any time.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods once maintenance tasks have been performed.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Missed or delayed access from the client’s side causes failure to perform tasks.
Security or hosting issues not arising from our maintenance work.

3. WordPress Website Design Services

Eligibility for Refund:

Full refunds are available only before the design/development work starts.

Partial Refunds:

Once design work begins, partial refunds are available based on work completed:

  • 75% refund if canceled before initial design submission.
  • 50% refund if canceled after first draft but before full build-out.
  • No refund once the project enters the final stages (theme customization, content upload, revisions).

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Delay in project progress due to lack of client response/materials.
  • Changes in project scope or requirements after design approval.

Timeframe for Request:

Refund requests must be submitted before major design milestones are completed, as communicated at project start.
